The Artist seeks to display the artwork at Northside Art Sale in Northside (Cincinnati), OH on the date of Saturday, June 5, 2010 11am.
The Artist warrants and represents that he or she is the sole legal owner of all right, title and interest Artwork, including all related intellectual property interests such as trademarks and the sole and exclusive copyright in all artwork, and has the full right and authority to enter this Agreement and grant the rights granted in this Agreement.
The Artist also warrants and represents that the display of the Artwork does not and will not infringe violate the rights of any other party, including any copyright interests. The Artist shall indemnify, defend and hold The Northside Business Association, the City of Cincinnati, The Board of Park Commissioners & the Artist Group harmless from any losses, theft, claims, damages, awards, penalties or injuries incurred, including reasonable attorney's fees, which arise from claim by any third party of an alleged infringement of copyright or any other property right arising out the display of the Artwork. The Artist understands that the display of the Artwork at is subject to the discretion of The Artist Group and any or all of the Artwork may be immediately removed sole and exclusive discretion of The Artist Group.

All Northside Art Sale participants must:

• Complete and return the Application Form by May 28, 2010.
• Complete, sign and return the Artist Release Agreement by May 28, 2010.
• Pay a booth fee of $15 / $35 on the day of or before June 5, 2010, checks made to: The Artist Group
• Be set up by 11:00am. Set up is from 8:30am to 10:30am, check in at the registration booth
• Stay within your allotted booth space, as defined by taped areas.
• Be present at the sellers booth for the duration of the art sale.
• Promote the Northside Art Sale through the sellers friends, family and social networks.
• PROVIDE OWN TABLES, CHAIRS, ETC. FOR SETUP.
• Understand the rain date is set for Sunday June 6, 11am - 5pm.
